Live and Learn   


Falling Skies is the newest sci-fi series from TNT which stars Noah Wyle, Moon Bloodgood, Will Patton, Dale Dye, Drew Roy, Maxim Knight, Connor Jessup, Seychelle Gabriel, Colin Cunningham, Sarah Carter, and Jessy Schram. The series surrounds with the aftermath of an alien invasion on Earth and the life of the survivors that is struggling to live against invading aliens. The season premiere will be on June 19, 2011 Sunday night at 9pm ET. “Live and Learn” will be the title of the pilot episode where the guest stars are Brent Jones, Dan Petronijevic, Martin Roach, Lynne Deragon, and Adam Butcher.

In episode 1, it introduces the survivors of the alien invasion on Earth and how they must learn to wrok together to fight back the aliens so that they will continue to exist. Former history professor Tom Mason as Second In Command of the 2nd Mass (which refer to the Massachusetts) needs to work on his duties as a leader at the same time as performing as being a father to his three sons, one of whom is being held captive by the aliens.

Falling Skies is produced by Steven Spielberg and it will be introduced by the network with two episodes on Sunday.

    I think this wil be a cool series too. I am sceptical, however, if it makes it past the first season.

    I seen all too often that cool shows such as this never makes it past season one. Take for example John Doe and FlashFoward.

    I will say this however. It has a greater chance of making past season one since its not on the three biggest loser channels that wont take a chance – ABC, CBS, and NBC. Those three used to be broad minded now they are narrow minded.

    OOPS, I ranted off the subject. I look forward to see if makes it past the first season before I try paying attention to it.
